Pharmacovigilance Assistant

The PrimeVigilance Pharmacovigilance Assistant position offers an opportunity to further develop your administration skills while learning about Drug Safety.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supporting business activities and services by working as a part of a project team
  • Processing received mail
  • Data entry and maintenance of database and archive
  • Accurate and timely delivery of information to other members of the project team
  • Preparation of documents’ final layout and various reports
  • Performing other miscellaneous administrative tasks, as applicable

 
Qualifications

  • Very good English skills (both verbal and written)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • A high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
