Jim’s journey began as an entry-level enquiry handler, and through his extensive career, he has developed a broad knowledge of global MI provision, including the setup of complex international projects.

His impressive track record includes implementing global telephony systems and establishing new offices to meet client demands, ensuring seamless service delivery across the globe. Jim’s leadership and commitment to excellence guarantee that every enquirer receives the highest level of service.

Jessica Morris – Senior Medical Information Manager

Jessica Morris brings over nine years of experience to her role as Senior Medical Information Manager, with a particular focus on leveraging new technologies to deliver customized solutions. Jessica’s expertise lies in the development of innovative processes and systems to enhance service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Through close collaboration with various departments, Jessica ensures that PrimeVigilance remains at the forefront of technology-driven solutions, continually improving the services we offer to new and existing clients. Molly McHugh – Medical Information Manager

Molly McHugh brings four years of diverse experience in the Medical Information field, where she has honed her skills in team management, client onboarding, and quality oversight. Molly’s expertise spans a range of areas, from writing and managing SOP documents to supporting audit preparations and overseeing service delivery for clients.

This year, Molly played a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of a new medical information database system, rewriting procedures, and managing the creation of essential content. Her passion for continuous improvement and her focus on delivering high-quality service make her a key part of our success.

Lucy Pontecorvi – Medical Information Manager

Lucy Pontecorvi has over nine years of experience in Medical Information, starting her career by handling enquiries and processing adverse events over the phone, and progressing to her current role as Medical Information Manager. Lucy’s focus is on building strong client relationships, particularly during the onboarding of new clients, as well as preparing for and attending client audits. She also plays a key role in supporting the department with process improvements.

Lucy enjoys preparing for and participating in audits, providing direct support both in person at PrimeVigilance offices across Europe and Japan, as well as remotely. Her dedication to helping clients achieve their quality goals is evident in the pride she takes in guiding new clients through the process of setting up their Medical Information services, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Takayo Funakoshi – Medical Information Officer

With more than 10 years of experience in Medical Information, Takayo Funakoshi is a leading expert in Japan’s MI landscape. She began her career as a Medical Representative before transitioning into MI, where she has managed various roles, including Operations Manager and Team Lead. Takayo has been instrumental in setting up multiple client centers in Japan and implementing telephony systems to support efficient MI service delivery.

Her deep understanding of Japan’s regulatory environment and her ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients make Takayo a vital part of PrimeVigilance’s success in the region. Her leadership has helped her team deliver consistent, high-quality service, earning praise from both clients and enquirers alike.
