As a young doctor, I find working in PrimeVigilance very dynamic, challenging and interesting. I am constantly expanding my knowledge and learning new skills. My everyday work consists of many tasks, but one of my favourites is evaluating relationships between the study drugs and the adverse events caused to the patients in the clinical trials. I also want to emphasize the friendly environment at work, and the wonderful atmosphere which makes newcomers' work fun. As you grow in the company and meet new colleagues, you realize how actually everyone has a positive attitude and everyone at PrimeVigilance is treated with respect.

Taking on a new adventure can be nerve-racking; but very worth it. When I took the leap and left bedside nursing to come to PrimeVigilance, I can, without a doubt, say it was the best thing I have done both professionally and personally. Over a year ago, I started a journey into learning and growing within the PrimeVigilance family, and everyone from my fellow team members, to line managers, to the directors and the president, goes above and beyond in letting you know just how welcomed and valued you are.

Making the decision to leave a company you have worked at for many years is always a tough one, especially when you are already working for a market leader with plenty of development prospects. However, all I can say is that after making that leap and joining PrimeVigilance just over a year ago, I am so happy I did.
