The Pharmacovigilance Assistant position with PrimeVigilance offers an opportunity to further develop your administration skills while learning about Drug Safety

Key Accountabilities

  • Supporting administration activities and working as a part of a project team
  • Receiving drug safety information and acknowledging receipt
  • Tracking and filing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with applicable regulations, PrimeVigilance procedures and client specific requirements and timelines
  • Accurate and timely delivery of information to other members of the project team

Qualifications

  • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written, at least B2
  • Administrative experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • A high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
