With over 15 years of experience in Medical Communications and Medical Affairs, Jim brings deep operational and strategic expertise across global medical service provision, overseeing activities across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
He began his career as an entry-level enquiry handler and progressed through leadership roles within Training and Development, Program Management, Operations, and Medical Information, building a comprehensive understanding of global MI and medical service delivery. Throughout his career, Jim has led the design and implementation of global medical and MI models, tailored to meet the specific regulatory, scientific, and operational needs of diverse clients.
Jim has a strong track record of successfully managing complex global and local initiatives, including the implementation of global telephony systems, the establishment of new offices, and the scaling of medical and scientific teams to support evolving client requirements. Together with his teams, he is committed to delivering high-quality, compliant, and patient-focused medical services, ensuring an excellent experience for all stakeholders.
Jim holds a Doctorate in Biochemistry from the University of Newcastle, UK.
